Ms. McGovern joined Mill Road Capital in 2017.
Prior to joining Mill Road, Ms. McGovern held numerous leadership positions in private equity finance over the course of a 25-year career. Most recently, Ms. McGovern was the CFO and CCO of Equifin Capital Management, a private equity fund focusing on the financial services sector. Previously, Ms. McGovern was the CFO of Nassau Capital, which managed the alternative assets of Princeton University, and served as Controller at Blackstone.
Ms. McGovern earned a BS in Accounting from Monmouth University.
Stephany Rossi Snyder

Ms. Snyder joined Mill Road Capital in 2016.
Prior to joining Mill Road, Ms. Snyder started the Philosophy Honors program at St. Maria Goretti High School, where she taught United States History, Philosophy Honors, and Advanced Placement Spanish. Ms. Snyder also worked in the Alumni Relations department and coached the JV and Varsity tennis teams.
Ms. Snyder earned an MA in Business Management from the Insituto de Empresa in Madrid, Spain, and a BA in Philosophy and Comparative Literature from St. John’s College.
Ann Marie Hendry
Director, Finance & Administration
Ms. Hendry joined Mill Road Capital in 2006 as the first financial professional and has over 20 years of experience in private equity finance.
Prior to joining Mill Road, Ms. Hendry worked in the Finance & Administration Department of JP Morgan Partners (formerly known as Chase Capital Partners). Prior to JP Morgan, Ms. Hendry worked in the Financial Services Group of KPMG LLP.
Ms. Hendry earned a BS in Accounting from St. John’s University.
Anthony LaMarca
Senior Controller & Director of Accounting
Mr. LaMarca joined Mill Road Capital in 2014.
Previously, Mr. LaMarca worked in finance for WL Ross & Co. LLC and in the Private Funds Group of PineBridge Investments.
Mr. LaMarca earned an MBA from the Stern School of Business of New York University and a BBA (summa cum laude) from Loyola College. Mr. LaMarca is also a CFA Charterholder.
Ernest Kerkenides
Controller
Mr. Kerkenides joined Mill Road Capital in 2017.
Prior to joining Mill Road, Mr. Kerkenides worked in the Alternative Investment Fund Administration Group of Andersen Tax, LLC. Prior to Andersen Tax, Mr. Kerkenides worked in the Financial Services Group of RSM McGladrey/McGladrey & Pullen.
Mr. Kerkenides earned a BBA in Accounting from Hofstra University.
Janice Carroll

Ms. Carroll joined Mill Road Capital in 2016.
Previously, she worked for A.C. Israel Enterprises, Inc., Phibro Energy, Inc., and Newgate Capital Management LLC.
Ms. Carroll earned a BA in Business and Economics from Lafayette College.
Melissa Wilson

Ms. Wilson originally joined Mill Road Capital in 2009 as the Executive Assistant & Office Manager and returned in 2021 as an Investor Relations Associate.
Ms. Wilson earned a BS in Sociology from Brigham Young University.
